Our super meaty ribs are hickory-smoked using a texas style dry rub for up to 4 hours. the sauce is served on the table to complement the meat, but we don’t think you need it. we cook our ribs fresh twice a day, so we are bound to sell out on a daily basis. plates served with texas toast and 2 small sides, garnished with slaw.
