We start with a gluten free rolled oats crust and then pour a batter of clover honey, lemon zest, vanilla, eggs, and cream cheese, add another layer of baklava and finally topped with more batter. This confection is then baked gently in the oven, drizzled with lemon syrup and cooled served with shredded Phylo and crushed toasted pistachio nuts. Gluten-free when asked to be made without baklava and shredded filo shavings.
