Though you might not be able to take out your lighter or use your teeth to impress everyone that you can open a beer in ways most humans can only dream about, cans are better overall. The beer stays fresh longer, it is more portable,  they have somewhat found the answer to the former disastrous, and you can take them to almost any public park without feeling guilty for bringing glass out. I used to be against cans because I felt they didn't provide the same taste or feeling that a long neck (bring on the jokes) felt in your hands while you man the grill. However, now that small breweries and the bigger name craft brews are being canned, I am reaching for those when I go to the store. I am not going to go on about all the benefits and do a ven diagram about it, therefore here are our favorite go-to cans for the summer. BUST IT:

  1. Balast Point's Mango IPA
  2. Corridor Brewery & Provisions' Wizard Fight American IPA
  3. Aquanaut's Stella by Starlight Belgian Style IPA
  4. Revolution Citra-Hero IPA
  5. Lagunitas 12th of Never American Pale Ale
  6. Half-Acre Daisy Cutter
  7. Ska Brewing Modus Mandarina
  8. Burnt City Brewing Retrofit Lime Radler
  9. Baderbräu Brewing's Chicago Pilsner
  10. Solemn Oath Brewing's Funsponge Belgian-American Blonde Ale
  11. 21st Amendment Brew Free or Die IPA
