For this unique single origin only the ripest coffee cherries are picked by hand and sent to be processed, allowing individual coffee cherries to grown until they are at peak sweetness. Producer: Arturo Aguirre Family Elevation: 1600 meters. Variety: Catuai, Caturra, etc. Process: Fully Washed. Tasting Notes: Raspberry, Orange, Silky with a Clean Finish.

Tasting Notes: Hibiscus, Yellow Peach, Honey and Smooth. Los Alpes Farm carries out cultivation methods that do not rely on pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Tree's cover the entire plantation and are pruned to allow for moderate sunlight on the coffee tree. The result is a coffee with mature cherry and a distinctive flavor. During the harvest season, we pick only the red-purple cherries for processing.
