Saison (6.1% ABV / 18 IBU) To celebrate the Midwintar, we brewed up an easy drinking saison with big fest flavor! Bubblegum and clove dance around the maypole while malt sweetness sets the table. Quality wheat malt meets with smooth citrus in this winter tide libation. The sun never sets on this saison.
Cream Ale (6.1% ABV/ 16 IBU) We traveled through twisting labyrinths and battled untold monstrosities in order to concoct this crushable brew. You'll discover light corn sweetness with a mild fruitiness, and then a crisp, clean finish. Grab the bull by the horns with refreshing ale.
India Pale Lager (6.0% ABV / 33 IBU) This beer was brewed with electric guitars and aggressive chord progressions dry hopped with synth keyboards and then lagered for a four-week drum solo. Tropical fruit aromas rock out on a bready malt melody. Break the rules. Go against the grain. Pour a pint and turn it up!
(Double Dry hopped IPA / 7% ABV) The El Dorado hop is the star of this show. Candied orange, tropical fruit, and citrus notes in both aroma and flavor. The soft mouthfeel gives way to true juice.
(Double Dry Hopped IPA / 6.8% ABV) The juiciest Southern Hemisphere hops were used for this offering. Bright notes of passion fruit, peach, papaya, melon and mango dominate in both flavor and aroma.

And into this hoppy concoction, they poured their Citra, their Mosaic, and their Amarillo hops to dominate all beer. No amount of sorcery could control the grapefruit aromas, the bouquet of sweet floral notes, and the dank bitterness from this magical IPA. And so the beer Wizards battled for control...three hops to rule them all.

A message from the eternal Fortress presents itself to you, the beer beholder... decadent chocolate wrapped in roasty caramel notes impose your senses. But balance is key here, as the Fortress welds only this most virtuous brew forged with aromas of cherry, and a saturating mouthfeel. (32oz Crowler / West Coast IPA / 6.9% ABV / 78 IBU) Take another hit, a big hit of fresh beer full of dank, stone-fruit, and grapefruit aromas. With plenty of Warrior, Cascade, and Crystal hops you won't be left high and dry. The resin is at the bottom, and the munchies are being tamed by the malty, biscuit finish. Don't forget to drink, drink pass...those Centenial hops are half-baked. It's a West Coast thing, like totally!

Making a tasty, GALAXY size mess, no one knows exactly how they got here but it is believed that they clung to the outside of a returning spaceship owned by two teenage Pulpotronian's named VIC SECRET & SABRO!!
