64 oz. American Light. Originally brewed with our friends Gary and Stephanie for the birth of their baby boy Ernie. This beer is a "half" or "baby" Maibock due to its lower abv.
64 oz. Belgian. For the second year in a row on Valentine's Day, we brewed a collaboration beer with Lucky Dorr for the kickoff to the Cubs season. Brewed with a neutral malt bill (Pils and Carapils), additions of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops fermented with the same Belgian yeast we use for our Oscar's Pardon Pale. Low bitterness. Big fruit and bubblegum aromatics.
64 oz. Brewed with Belgian Ale yeast, Dark Candi Syrup, German specialty malts and loads upon loads of Warrior and Cascade hops. A huge, pitch black ale with notes of pine, citrus, candy sugar, caramel, and chocolate.
64 oz. This light-bodied and the hop-centric pale ale is made using Cyro-Amarillo hops which provide flavors and aromas of orange flesh and rind. This smooth and refreshing ale is rounded out by the fresh squeezed orange juice and orange peels making it an easy choice for any beer drinker.
64 oz. American. We like Lizzie's Simcoe IPA but we wondered what she would be like in a more approachable package, i.e. Mini Mathias.
64 oz. American. We steeped 15 pounds of whole bean Ethiopian Shakisso from Passion House Coffee Roasters in the fermenter after we cold crashed the beer essentially cold brewing. The result is a beautiful blend of citrusy coffee and hops without the addition of color, roastiness, or acidity.
64 oz. American. Crisp, clean, and juicy with moderate bitterness, reminiscent of a Valencia orange.
