Our famous and dearly missed Wellington is back, featuring a buttery, flakey puff pastry crust and a filling of steak-style seitan slices, kale, herbed mushrooms, herbed yams, caramelized onion, and orange juice compote, and cranberry shallot stuffing. Served with mushroom gravy. Sold frozen for easy at-home baking. Serves 4-5. heating instructions preheat oven to 425 degrees remove the lid from frozen wellington and place on the middle oven rack bake for 50-75 minutes. Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes warm mushroom gravy on the stovetop at low heat, and serve with Wellington.
