West Coast IPA 6.9% ABV | 65 IBU Hop in the front seat and take a ride to flavor town. Citra, chinook and Amarillo give off a nice blend of citrus, fruit and dank pine with a smack of classic west coast bitterness. Lots of peach and orange in the aroma, coupled with flavors of orange peel, grapefruit and pine resin with a toasty malt backbone.
Belgian Wit 4.8% ABV | 15 IBU Brewed with fresh orange zest and lime peel give this a burst of citrus along with flavors of vanilla and orange. We used A combination of flaked and malted wheat to leave a nice, pillowy mouthfeel and a soft finish. The blend of citrus, orange and vanilla make make this refreshing wheat beer taste like a dreamsicle in a glass.
Cream Ale 5.0% ABV | 25 IBU The Batch is back in town. A DHB OG returns in time for Summer. Crisp and easy drinking with a nice mellow bitterness from the Crystal hops. Flaked Maize adds a touch of sweetness in the finish.
Cold IPA | 6% ABV | 40 IBU A fresh take on the traditional IPA. We used brown rice and Lager yeast to create a crisp, light body and then hopped it aggressively with Motueka, Galaxy and Simcoe to give it a ton of fruit and citrus flavor. Expect a co-mingling of lime, pineapple, mango and grapefruit hop flavors, along with some malt sweetness that finishes quick and bone dry.
It's officially June and to help ring in the warm weather, we whipped up this light and fruity beer that can be drank from sun up to sundown. A lightly sweet and citrusy aroma gives way to mild flavors of lime, apricot and sweet bread. Notes of pecan round out the finish. Brewed to be balanced, sessionable and loaded with flavor.
