Four pieces. Bajri Rotla is an authentic, thickly rolled flatbread with a nutty flavor and ever-so-slightly distinct bitter aftertaste, with origins from the Indian regions of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan. Bajri, also known as Pearl Millet, is a grain dense in high insoluble fiber, which helps release glucose at a slower rate than other foods, great for diabetics. It also has a protein content, which can help curb hunger. Bajri is also dense in nutrients and minerals such as Magnesium and Vitamin B9 which makes Bajri Rotla heart healthy. Tastes great when paired with a simple topping of ghee, a side of masala chai, or any vegetable-dal curry combo.
