Salted Caramel Mendiants are made with a 36% Caramelia Milk Chocolate and studded with Dulcey crunchy pearls, roasted Cocoa Nibs, and Fluer de Sel.

Our Passionfruit Tajin mendiants start with Valrhona's Passionfruit Inspiration chocolate created with freeze-dried Passionfruit. Then we sprinkle roasted coconut, chile spiced mango bits, finished with tangy tajin powder for a fruity, tart experience.

Our Strawberry Pop-rocks mendiants start with freeze dried strawberries and raspberries that are folded into a 36% White chocolate. Then we sprinkle crystallized Basil and original Poprocks for a popping experience!

In our Dark Chocolate Mendiants, we use a 72% Araguani chocolate from Venezuela with roasted Pistachios, Almond slivers, Calimyrna Figs, and crystallized Ginger. The perfect, healthy dark chocolate crunchy indulgence.

Pecans are first roasted and then rolled in a 33% Dulcey chocolate followed with 46% Bahibe Milk Chocolate, finished with crunchy Feuilletine and Himalayan Pink Salt.

Almonds are first roasted and caramelized, and then rolled in 70% Guanaja Chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder and gold luster. Vegan and gluten-free.

Macadamias are roasted in-house then rolled in two fruit couvertures. First panned with Passionfruit chocolate and then with Strawberry chocolate, finished with some roasted coconut flakes. Vegan and gluten-free.
