Our Road Trip inspired Signature Flatbreads

A twist on the classic flavors from NYC street vendors slicing up fresh roasted meaty goodness. New York City lamb Shawarma Slow cooked lamb with a flavor packed chimichurri pesto, roasted red peppers and feta cheese and mozzarella blend , drizzled with a garlic aioli.

While in New Mexico I had the pleasure of dining on some great New Mexican cuisine . There was some debate on which sauce to get on your burrito (red or green) .Well of course I chose both .This flatbread is a fusion of Pueblo, Spanish , Mexican and native American cuisine . Loaded with green and red roasted chili marinated chicken and topped with of course more roasted green chilis and poblano peppers , our blend of red chili cheese sauce and jack and cheddar cheese with a hint of smoked paprika pepper .

An Italian beef is a sandwich, originating in Chicago, composed of thin slices of seasoned roast beef, simmered and served au jus on a long Italian-style roll. The sandwich's history dates back at least to the 1930s. The bread itself is, at the diner's preference, often dipped into the jus the meat is cooked in, and the sandwich is typically topped off with Chicago-style giardiniera We didn't stray far from the original with our Italian Beef Flatbread . We slow cooked our beef and added some provolone cheese and served au jus on the side
