An ode to its GSM French wine counterpart, 2016 Punto Uno from Punto y Aparte by Pedro d'Poncelis is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre which is then aged for 12 months in French oak, giving it a light and delicate spice along with lighter red fruit and berry notes. An elegant wine like this is destined to be with our heartier options! Salud!

2017 El Caporal, "The Foreman", is a red blend that is the perfect encapsulation of what El Valle has to offer! The introduction and influence of European rootstocks into Mexico are reflected in what's inside this bottle: Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, and Merlot. These Spanish, Italian, and French (respectively) grapes from Hacienda de Guadalupe give off coffee, cherry, and cacao on the nose which mingle with soft tannins and a long aftertaste. A great intro to reds from Valle de Guadalupe!

This NV Blancs des Noirs from Queretaro, central Mexico, is made in the "metodo tradicional" similar to that found in Catalunya, Spain. Terra Madi translates to "Beloved Earth" in the Otomi language by the pre-Hispanic peoples of central Mexico. Wonderfully crisp and nice acidity make this wonderful on its own, in a cocktail, or to wash down our succulent offerings!
This playful 100% Zinfandel bubbly rose goodness hails from Valle de Guadalupe. As a methode traditionelle fermented bubbly, once can expect slight yeasty bread notes along with tropical fruit and flowers!
Like its rose sibling, this sparkling blancs de blancs (Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc) also shows notes of yeast and bread but also tart and nutty! Its an excellent dry sparkling wine for any occasion!
We figured we'd jump on the natural orange wine craze to showcase Bodegas Henri Lurton's 100% Chardonnay Vino Naranja! This Valle de San Vicente 2019 vintage features funky and unfiltered stone fruit and citrus notes! A true renegade of funk in the world of Mexican Wine!
