Belcampo Rib Eye is an Organic, grass-fed and grass-finished middle meat cut from the rib section. Our Rib Eye is one of our most flavorful, tender and juicy cuts known for its marbling and stands on its own as a show stopper at any meal. This is not your ordinary chicken. Belcampo’s pasture-raised, organic heritage chicken is a Freedom Ranger which is a breed valued for it’s flavor and ability to adapt to our farm environment. Belcampo chicken are raised outside on pasture and are truly free-range. The Freedom Ranger has a more natural proportion of breast to hindquarter meat than the Cornish variety which is bred for more white meat. You can cook it as you would typically cook chicken, and it also holds up great with low and slow cooking. It has the delicious true chicken flavor your Grandmother remembers.
