Made by hand at the Goo Goo Shop in downtown Nashville, our premium Goo Goos are 4 ounces of dreamy decadence. The Howie, named after the inventor of the Original Goo Goo Cluster, Howell Campbell, is similar to an Original — it contains peanuts, caramel, and marshmallow nougat, but covered in a rich dark chocolate.

We’ll spell it out for you—the Peanut Butter and Pretzel Premium Goo Goo. All the richness of a peanut butter cup with a salty pretzel crunch. This dark chocolate delight is 4 ounces of peanut butter, caramel, pretzels, roasted peanuts, and a touch of sea salt. P.S. - Our Premium Goo Goos are made daily and contain no additives or preservatives, which means they have a shorter shelf life than our other candies. To maximize your taste experience, we suggest eating within two weeks of purchase. Also, since our chocolate kitchen focuses on small batch creations, it may take a little more time before we ship your Premium order to ensure you’re getting the freshest product.

In his Goo Goo confection, Skylar Bush was able to recreate the flavors and feeling of his travel to Southeast Asia and the Middle East in a local way. He chose Nashville-made Bae’s Matcha Butter and sesame as well as regional favorites, Willa’s Shortbread crumbles, for texture. All wrapped in an alluring ruby chocolate shell, Bush brings uncommon ingredients together in a way that is delicious and intriguing. Local Yokel(ish) is made of Matcha Butter Ganache, Willa’s Honey Lemon Shortbread, Halva Nougat in Ruby Chocolate with a Black Sesame Seed base. New to Ruby chocolate?
