Green leaf and romaine lettuce tossed in our house dressing with tomato, red onions, Kalamata olives and feta cheese.

Our own pizza sauce, fresh chopped garlic and basil start this taste treat off. To that we sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese. We then add a generous bed of fresh baby spinach leaves which have been tossed in pepper infused 100% olive oil. Another layer of mozzarella cheese topped with pepperoni and mushroom.

Fresh chopped kale, with the center stem remove for tenderness and sweetness is tossed in pepper infused 100% olive oil, added to bed of our own sauce, with merlet wine and chopped garlic, then sandwiched between two layers of mozzarella cheese. Topped with sliced garden mushrooms, then dolloped with labne.

The word is Greek for Little Delicacies. Tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives and labne drizzled with our house dressing and served with slices of our homemade bread.

5 Kebobs per Shish.Generous cubes of luscious pork marinated in lime juice, 100% olive oil and a heavenly host of spices, then char broiled to mouth watering perfection. Served with tzatziki sauce, our own homemade bread and pepperoncini.

Succulent boneless chicken, marinated in the Spanish style, and char broiled ‘til it sizzles. Served with side of salad, bread and pepperoncini.
