Chicken and corn chowder is a cream-based soup. We make the main broth from steeping fresh corn cobs in milk and a half and a half and add that to a chicken stock made from whole chickens. We will be picking the chicken from the whole chickens and using that in the soup along with the fresh corn we take from the cobs.
It will contain 4 different types of cheese. The board will come with mustard and other house-made items such as jam, pickled red onions, and spiced nuts. It will be served with fresh bread or crackers.

Pretzel sticks are brought in brushed with butter and baked on-site. They come 5 to an order and come with house-made pimento cheese (made in house with cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, diced poblano peppers, and pimentos) and whole grain mustard.
Lobster potato skins, 3 to an order, fried potato skins filled with our house-made horseradish, smoked gouda cheese sauce, yummy onions (Vidalia onions slightly caramelized then reduced with honey, sugar, salt, and red pepper flake. it ends up being sweet, salty, and a little spicy.), chunked lobster, and crumbled bacon.
Pork baby back ribs. Rubbed with our secret blend of spices, and slow-cooked. Fried them in order to crisp up the outside, then toss them in the signature sticky sauce. Depending on size, the order comes with 6/7ribs and a half rack.

Sous vide (means under vacuum in French) 10 to 12 oz certified Angus beef, chimmichurri (a blend of red wine vinegar, parsley, dried oregano, habanero peppers, and blended oil. it is not spicy.), seasoned hand cut frites (tossed in a South Western spice blend), and garlic aioli (consists of garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and mayonnaise.).
