7.8% ABV A Starburst galaxy produces an exceptionally high amount of stars. Brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, and Mosaic + Simcoe hops for fresh flavors of citrus, fruit and pine. Pale malts makes for a super clean finish and puts the focus on the hop flavors and aromas.

6.5% ABV Juicy and unfiltered, this beer stuns with a lively array of fruity hop notes. Phaser features Citra, Azacca + Mosaic hops.

Brewed with our friends Will and Mari Kemper at Chuckanut Brewery, this Vienna-style lager is brewed with Barke Vienna and Pilsner malts, as well as traditional German hops. The result is a crisp, copper-hued lager with aromas of light toast, balanced by some malt sweetness.

ABV: 6.5% Vega IPA #10 features Southern Hemisphere hops and grapefruit puree. With a super juicy body, this hazy IPA has notes of tropical fruit, complemented by grapefruit. Vega IPA #10 finishes super smooth with subtle flavors of orange citrus and white wine. Vega IPA is an experimental hop playground for our curious and creative brewers to continuously source new and unique hops. Exploring the boundaries of the IPA style, the result is a fresh and distinctly different IPA with each new release. ABV: 9% This variant of Oort Imperial Stout ale is a special edition for 2021. We took our classic Oort recipe and baked in extra flavors of real raspberries, lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves and hazelnuts, creating a twist on the fruity & nutty flavors of an Austrian Linzer Torte pastry.

ABV: 11% Named after the mysterious region of our solar system that breeds comets, Oort Imperial Stout has massive amounts of roasted barley combined with three types of Caramel malts for a rich, full mouthfeel. Chinook, Cascade, and Sterling hops lend a balanced bitterness and subtle hop flavor. This barrel-aged version slumbered for twelve months, imparting notes of rich, bitter chocolate, vanilla and oak.

ABV: 15% Our truly massive Barrel-Aged Orange Giant Barleywine ale is back for 2020 featuring two different releases: Rye Whiskey Barrel-Aged and Bourbon Barrel-Aged. This version spent 12 months aging in bourbon barrels, developing bold notes of orange, honey, coconut and oak.

ABV: 11.5% Located out in the coldest twilight of our solar system, Sedna is a minor planet of mysterious origin. We pay our respects with this deep, velvety full-flavored beer. Brewed with vanilla, coffee, and chocolate, this whiskey barrel-aged version hibernated for 11 months, picking up notes of caramel, spice and oak complexity.

ABV: 5.5% Spectra Hoppy Pilsner casts an array of spicy and herbal hop flavors. Brewed in the unfiltered Kellerbier style, Pale malt works with the yeast left in the beer to create a crisp and hoppy lager.

ABV: 6.5% Trident is a blend of 3 northwest hop varieties. Fruity and citrus aromas and tropical and passionfruit flavors

ABV: 6.5% Hallertau tradition hops. Flavors of toasted coconut, dark bread, walnut and banana bread with lesser notes of clove and spice.

BREWER SPOTLIGHT BEER : Laura Kirby ABV: 4.3% This galaxy is the closest from our own and can even be seen with the naked eye. The galaxy is involved in Greek mythology by which the name loosely translates to "Ruler of Men" Dark lager with medium body. Although the beer is dark in color, it is light in drinkability. The malts are kept close to the classic style with Munich and Pilsen as the base, and some biscuit malt for a bread-y character. Traditional Hallertau hops were added to balance the malts. Moderate roastiness while maintaining a clean lager character.
