Raspberry and red-plum aromas are light and a touch smoky. On the palate this is fresh, juicy and driven by good acidity. Bright stone-fruit flavors blend with pie-cherry notes in front of a lasting, citrusy finish.

From Mâcon-villages, Burgundy 2016. Intense aromas of jasmine, citrus and passion fruit with tastes of white stone fruit. Great feel in the mouth and a lingering finish.

100% Chardonnay Macon Burgundy 2018 Tasting Notes: Clean, crisp, and lovely. Character of honey and apple, with a bright finish.

The 2019 vintage of the “Le Saint Pâle” Rosé is delicate and lively yet fleshy and succulent. Lifted aromas of red fruit, watermelon juice and citrus blossom are supported by the subtlest touches of fennel and clotted cream. The palate is bright and energetic with ripe orchard fruit and floral notes supported by a racy mineral backbone. The wine’s natural acidity is complemented by soft textural componant that gives depth to the mouthfeel and delivers balance to mouthwatering finish.

Merlot + Cabernet Sauvignon Bordeaux 2012 Tasting Notes: The nose of this incredible value exhibits aromas of ripe black fruit, spice, and anise. Velvety on the palate the fruit found in the nose is refined, while revealing good structure and balance. Candied berries linger on the finish.

100% Gamay. Touraine Loire 2018 Tasting Notes: Delicate and floral, with a nice grainy mouthfeel and subtle red fruits of strawberry and raspberry. A deliciously quiet wine which will speak more as you drink it.

Grenache+Syrah+Mourvèdre. Côtes-du-Rhône Villages 2016 Tasting Notes: This is an intensely concentrated, very savoury wine of great depth and concentration that will appeal to those looking for an intense, deeply fruited southern Rhône wine. Deep, juicy fruits sit alongside ripe, weighty tannins.
