The story of the bean: like all great colombian coffees, our santa barbara decaf is grown in the perfect coffee habitat at high altitudes in rich volcanic soil. Only the ripest cherries were harvested and meticulous care was given when milling and drying. The beans are then painstakingly sorted to ensure only those meeting exact specifications were given the santa barbara name before they undergo one final step - water processed decaffeination. Santa barbara delivers all the amazing qualities that have made colombian coffee so loved throughout the world. It just happens to be decaf.
