It features incredibly fresh locally foraged pickled veggies, two short-rib and brisket blend beef patties, smoked cheddar, house-made ramp aioli, and sesame seed bun. This week's veggies include: ramps foraged in Delaware County by Dave Harris of Max Creek Hatchery and asparagus and radishes from S & SO Farm in Goshen, NY.
